As we head into the holiday break, I want to thank the entire North Brookfield Public Schools community and share my appreciation for the many ways our schools and town have come together this season. Our staff, both those new to the district and those who have served our schools for many years, continue to work collaboratively to create a positive, supportive culture for our students, and that sense of community has been especially visible during this busy time of year.

The holiday season is officially upon us, and we want to ensure everyone is kept up to date on the many exciting events happening across our schools in the coming weeks. December is always a special time in North Brookfield, filled with celebrations, community gatherings, and opportunities to come together in support of our students.

This is a reminder that Friday, December 12th will be an early dismissal day for all North Brookfield students. Our teachers will be participating in professional development with Novak Consulting, our partner in strengthening teaching and learning across the district.

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's Office of Public School Monitoring (PSM) will conduct an Integrated Monitoring Review of North Brookfield Public Schools during the week of January 12, 2026.

We hope this message finds you well. Please note that there will be no school on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in observance of Veterans Day. This day provides us with an important opportunity to reflect, honor, and express our deepest gratitude to the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces to protect our freedoms and uphold the values we cherish.

We recognize that with the upcoming holidays and recent changes to certain government programs, some families may be experiencing heightened food insecurity. As a reminder, both North Brookfield Elementary School and North Brookfield High School maintain food pantries that can be accessed confidentially by students or families whenever needed.

Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) Meeting

The next meeting of the North Brookfield Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC) will be held virtually on Wednesday, October 15th at 6:00 PM.
